Marc Neer, founder of InfoManage Corporation, has over 25 years of
experience in the technology industry. Prior to founding InfoManage,
he worked in the high-availability, high-pressure Wall Street trading
environment where he built a worldwide, 24x7 support organization
and developed his methodology for delivering high-quality, efficient
database administration support. Through InfoManage, Mr. Neer has
leveraged the power of the Internet to make Fortune-50 quality support
services available to any size business, anywhere. Mr. Neer holds
a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Hunter College, CUNY.

J. BERKSON
Vice President
Alan
Berkson oversees all sales and business development for InfoManage
Corporation. Prior to joining InfoManage in February 1997, he operated
his own consulting business specializing in database administration
and development of Sybase applications. Clients included Price Waterhouse,
Salomon Brothers, and the United Nations. Previously, he spent more
than five years as a developer, project leader, and database administrator
at the financial services firm Lehman Brothers. Mr. Berkson holds
a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Queens College, CUNY.
