or something to always check its status. InfoManage offers a solution
to this problem by providing robust monitoring working around the
clock to detect problems as soon as they happen. This way the appropriate
course of planning and actions can be taken immediately, and a small
problem won't turn into a potentially catastrophic problem.
InfoManage provides base monitoring for servers running any operating
system and we allow our clients to decide which custom processes or
logs also require monitoring. Clients can also decide which people
or groups they want alerts need to be sent to, what times alerts need
to be sent out (if not 24x7), and what level of involvement they want
InfoManage to have. InfoManage technicians can respond to a problem
and begin fixing it immediately, or customers can elect to manage
alerts themselves and not have them sent to InfoManage. All clients
can check tests and view historical data for all of their servers
